We say that in recovery alot: that addiction is just a God-sized hole, and no matter what you throw into it, nothing will fill it until you choose to put God there. That’s why God is the only solution.
Amen to that! He truly is the single point solution the world needs, but we get caught up in the material world and don’t see it. I know I have been there many times.
