I’m adding the sentence stem program as discussed in Episode #14 of the podcast. Nathaniel Branden communicates self-acceptance was always the hardest for his clients. If you wanted to do some of this work, you would be leveraging his program to help.
It’s based on a 5-week program.
Here’s what he suggests:
WEEK 1.
MORNINGS:Â
Self-acceptance to me means—Â

EVENINGS:Â
