Anxiety levels continue to rise in our population. In particular amongst the younger generations. It can be crippling and stop us from living our best lives. There are ways we can go about countering these trends. It all happens with action within our lives.
To stop these trends, uncovering what is hindering our actions is crucial. That’s a big focus of today’s show.
Let’s get into it.
What’s Happening in Today’s Episode
Anxiety has become a very common struggle for many in today’s society. Especially among younger generations. So much of the world is focusing on consumption, putting us in a very tough place.
We are made to create and build. When we don’t honor that portion of our being, we suffer. Consumption is meant to support our creation, not the other way around. My struggles have inspired this episode with anxiety and inaction.
The world has misled us into believing that consumption is the answer, and it’s not. Creation is. To change that, we must understand how we’ve been misled and look to counter anxiety with action.
Here is a quick highlight of the main topics discussed:
What are anxiety and inaction?
We struggle without creation
Consumption is taking over
Rising anxiety levels & consumption
Creation & balance
Examples in cinema
I know many people who struggle with anxiety, and I’m hopeful this episode can be helpful. Taking action will almost always bring relief if we’re struggling. Identifying things we need to accomplish will help clarify our path forward.
The goal is to find things that resonate to be used in your life today, so studying the various concepts of self-mastery will hopefully give you the tools needed to tap into your highest potential.
