Authenticity is something I struggled with for most of my life. It seems many of us struggle with being authentic to who we are. Most of us have a hard time knowing who we are, let alone living true to ourselves.
With external factors and influences, it’s easy to get sucked up in the world's expectations and live according to someone else’s vision.
The power of authenticity allows us to break free from these societal molds and live in accordance with our deepest selves.

I’m hopeful this episode will help illuminate authenticity and how we can cultivate it in our lives. I firmly believe authenticity is the new currency of our age.
It’s the thing that will set us apart from the masses as the world pushes more and more towards conformity.
