Something all of us must manage is our animal aspect. We inhabit animal bodies and must learn to navigate the impulses and instincts our bodies hold. We can find ourselves in challenging places without a conscious approach to physical existence.
That’s the focus of today's episode. Managing and understanding our animal nature while balancing our spiritual side too.

I’m hopeful this episode will help illuminate what healthy physical expression looks like and how we can cultivate it in our lives. Understanding the animal nature inherent in our existence will empower us to live more consciously and with power.
For much of my life, I denied my animal nature, and it caused a lot of suffering. It doesn’t have to be this way if we learn to understand and accept it. Our animal nature has a lot of power when we apply our conscious mind.

There is so much that lives within us. As we understand the makeup of our existence and our place in the universe, we cultivate the creative powers we’ve been gifted. Humans are truly incredible, but we’ve never quite understood the potential we hold.
By tapping into our animal side and the power it holds, we allow for the expression of self that aligns with who we are at our core. Embracing and accepting parts of ourselves we’ve denied can significantly impact our daily lives.
The goal is to find things that resonate to be used in your life today, so studying the various concepts of self-mastery will hopefully give you the tools needed to tap into your highest potential.
