Connecting with the masculine energy within us can be a challenge in today’s world. There isn’t a ton of examples of what good healthy male role models are like. There is a massive problem bubbling up in young men today because of this.
There is plenty of emphasis on toxic masculinity but no alternative path to living a better life.
We will discuss this in today’s episode.
What’s Happening in Today’s Episode
I’m hopeful this episode will help illuminate what healthy male expression looks like and how we can cultivate it in our lives. This applies to both men and women. If you’re a woman, you can use this to learn how to help support the men in your life.
These struggles were deep for me. I felt very isolated because of the lack of male companionship for much of my adult life. The goal is to build new models of masculinity so we can climb out of this hell we’ve created.
The focus on toxicity has only created more toxicity.

Cultivating the masculine within us
There is so much that lives within us. As we understand the makeup of our existence and our place in the universe, we cultivate the creative powers we’ve been gifted. Humans are truly incredible, but we’ve never quite understood the potential we hold.
By tapping into our natural powers as men, we allow for the expression of self that aligns with who we are at our core. Embracing and accepting parts of ourselves we’ve denied can significantly impact our daily lives.
The goal is to find things that resonate to be used in your life today, so studying the various concepts of self-mastery will hopefully give you the tools needed to tap into your highest potential.
