The 3-part series has now become a 5-part series! Too much value and I want to cover everything in detail.
Nathaniel Branden spent his life working on Self-Esteem and how we can work to increase it. This series covers his work based on his book, The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem.
You can access the first episode here. Make sure to start here if you haven’t yet as we build on the concepts from previous episodes as we progress through the series.

By learning about self-esteem and understanding how it impacts our lives, we can begin to work to improve it. Self-esteem is an achievement, and it’s within grasp for each of us willing to do the work.
This reality is both terrifying and empowering. We can do something about it, but it’s challenging work that takes time and effort.
I also look to learn from the great minds throughout history, and in today’s show, we discuss Nathanial Branden and his work on self-esteem. There’s so much to his work I decided to do a 5-part series to get deep into these concepts.
The goal is to find things that resonate to be used in your life today, so studying the various concepts of self-mastery will hopefully give you the tools needed to tap into your highest potential.
